At House of Odds, we work to ensure your orders arrive quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3–7 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs)
Delivery estimates do not include processing time.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties, which are not included in our shipping prices.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
- Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible but cannot issue refunds for carrier-verified deliveries.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated release date listed on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items may ship together unless otherwise stated.
