At House of Odds, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, you may request an exchange within the 14-day return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace it at no additional cost.
